Karen is available for one on one client coaching engagements with a minimum 3 session commitment.

Clean Slate Program

The clean slate program is the most cost effective way to work with me. It involves a commitment to 3 sessions of 75-90 minutes each. These sessions are customized for you specifically, and the focus is alway based on what the best next steps are for you. I find that the 3 session approach allows focus, direction and clarity. It’s not rockit science! It’s about clearing the way for you to take inspired action toward your desired outcome.

This group coaching program is designed to connect you to your unique essense, your core, and your brand. It facilitates the fullest expression of your gifts, your passion, your purpose, and your expression so that you shine! Bring your value out fully!

This is a 8 session program that’s delivered over a 12-15 week timeframe.  Each group session is approximately 90 minutes and there are assignments that must be completed to maximize your results. 2 individual coaching sessions are also included in this group program.

2 Pay: $1597 (payment #1 at the beginning of the program and payment #2 at 45 days into the program)

3 Pay: $1147 (payment #1 at the beginning of the program, payment #2 at 30 days into the program, and payment #3 at 60 days into the program)

Group Coaching:

Group coaching opportunities are ongoing. Karen facilitates several groups and tele-seminars each with different focus points.Groups are limited in size in order to allow personal attention for each participant. Group coaching programs are offered monthly.

Corporate Coaching/Consulting

Karen frequently works in the corporate arena in the following areas: increased profits/decreasing expenses, humanely resolving conflicting agendas, life/work balance, communications, decision making, reducing stress and overwhelm and strategic planning. Corporate coaching can be in the form of specific training or other areas of focus. We have a team of professional trainers and coaches who often participate in our corporate coaching/consulting programs.

Couples Coaching

Couples coaching is often all that’s needed to turn a relationship that has become unloving around. It’s never about the other person and when we can embrace that philosophy we become open to new possibilities in our relationships. Couples coaching requires a minimum 3 month time investment. If your partner or spouse is unwilling to come to couples coaching, consider doing it yourself anyway.  When you change your relationships will change and we can often turn it around by working with one willing partner!

Coach Training

It’s exciting to train coaches and others in the Consciousness Shifting process. This Mastery level training is offered twice yearly and space is limited. Contact us if you are interested in learning this life changing process.

Licensing Programs and Teacher Trainings

We offer licensing programs for certified Consciousness Shifting professionals. These licensing programs offer an opportunity to present proven content to the client base and provide the pre-requisite training for the Mastery Program in Consciousness Shifting. Consciousness Shifting is Energy Shifting

The Consciousness Shifting process can be applied to any area or aspect of life. It reveals the limited beliefs and the barriers to our desires and what we want. Once we become very clear on what we desire and why it’s important to us we can shift the competing energy patters and limited beliefs permanently using this process.

Old habits and ways of being that are not congruent with what you want fall away and a newer, fresher, more vibrant you emerges. With the absence of the old states comes an increase in your vibration or frequency. These higher frequencies allow you to access greater capacities and achieve more.  Essentially you become the fullest,  brightest expression of who you really are!

We like to think of this as software downloads and updates that are regularly installed when the system is ready or as new capacities are enabled.
