Here is the testimonial that I have written. as i was writing it I was really amazed at haw much my life has changed and want to thank you again for this wonderful gift that has and is changing my life.

This was me a little more then year ago. Struggling to keep afloat in a sea of confusion that was my life. Baying and trying so many different courses ending up with more confusion, money worries, stress, dispirited disheartened and the beginning of depression I could not seem to get myself out of, as each course/program brought more disappointment. Basically I was in a downward spiral (do do land as Karen would say). Even having read the secret and seen the movie, which only got me so far and yet no results, seemed to manifesting in my life.

As it happened I was following along on yet another one of these courses/seminar on this one however Karen Vizer made a guest appearance where doing consciousness shifting with a group of people, I was intrigued, excited and with a little doubt, I gathered my flagging courage and enrolled myself in yet an other course.

Am so happy and grateful that I did. It has changed my life in so many ways, an awesome journey of self-discovery that becomes more fun and joyful with every step.

As the conscious shifting method started to lift the veils that were hiding those things inside me, my inner power and true self began to emerge. As layers peeled away things began to change. Often what seemed like small subtle changes where in fact huge leaps, that happened almost unnoticed as it feels so much a part of what your familiar with and are at the time. It clears away so completely that it feels as though it has never been there in the first place. People circumstances and things change so completely from the ego driven world, that was my creation before I started this consciousness shifting method, that it’s often hard to believe that one could have been that way in the first place. So often amazed at the changes in myself when I pause for a moment to look back. The shifts can go so deep yet are so subtle it can leave you a little light headed and give the feeling that you are a little out of balance though in fact it’s not that you are out of balance, it’s more like you have been leaning into the wind for so long that you had not noticed that it had stopped blowing and you can stop struggling and walk straight, move forward freely with ease. They also feel so yummy a natural part of you.

It feels like I am waking up from a long sleep in a cramped dark hole of my own making and stepped out into a sun drenched meadow, filled with life, beauty, love, joy, wealth, health, freedom all around me. I feel so blessed to have found and partaken of this course, in the process of rediscovering myself, finding out that we are all truly connected. Beginnings of light energy with the awesome power that with our thoughts we can create anything we could wish for in our life and in our world. We get to choose and create the yummiest life we can imagine.

I recommend this wonderful method to anyone even the skeptics among you. You will be amazed, it will change your life as it has and still is changing mine.
